Own enterprise cloud delivery at scale

As a Project Manager, you act as the owner of cloud migration programs. You align customers and internal teams, anticipate risks, drive decisions, and deliver predictable outcomes that strengthen long-term customer trust.

Purpose

The Project Manager is a customer-focused and results-driven professional responsible for leading the successful delivery of cloud migration projects. This role acts as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring mutual understanding of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning technical delivery with customer expectations, driving project milestones, and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the project lifecycle. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as the position is critical to achieving high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborates with clients, consultants, sales, billing-ops, and DevOps to define project goals, deliverables, success metrics, and realistic schedules.

  • Leveraging Jira to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Managing escalations and finding resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Monitors progress against plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Manages scope changes and ensures timely communication and approval of adjustments to timelines and resources.

  • Leads regular meetings and status updates with both internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Ensures successful project closure, including documentation, support transition, and post-implementation reviews.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project- and change management, with a focus on software implementations or (cloud) migration projects.

  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects and align delivery with business outcomes.

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and enterprise IT environments.

  • Proficient in using Jira for task management and project tracking.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing timelines, scope, and budgets effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Agile-related project management certification is considered an asset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the WoodWing product suite, in particular WoodWing Studio and WoodWing Assets.

  • Experience across SaaS business models, tools, and workflows.
