The Group Marketing Director will work closely with the CCO to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth. Responsibilities include leading the marketing team in executing lead generation, demand generation & inbound campaigns, monitoring industry trends, managing the marketing budget, and overseeing brand development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth in an International B2B SAAS environment, strong analytical skills, and experience with Hubspot.
The Marketing Director should have experience creating successful marketing strategies for SME, mid-market customers and large enterprises, as well as a strong understanding of market trends in the B2B SAAS space.

What are you going to do?
Lead with Vision and Purpose: you will be at the helm of a dynamic marketing team made up of experienced professionals and rising talent. Your leadership will provide the structure and strategic direction needed to navigate the ever-changing B2B SaaS landscape. You will foster an environment where everyone operates as one team, with unconditional trust in your leadership and a shared commitment to success.
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop growth strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers. As well as execute marketing strategies developed with our strategic reselling partners. Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies in achieving their defined objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to leverage brand, increase customer base, and improve customer experience.
Content and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of marketing content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels. Closely monitoring ROI.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
Job requirements
What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience.
Proven success in leading a (marketing) team in an international B2B SaaS environment.
Best-practice knowledge of SEO, Website, Social Media, Blog, Google Ads, and Hubspot.
Proven track record owning the entire marketing function to drive company goal attainment.
Experienced in Account Based Marketing.
