Job description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a smart, ambitious, and social individual who wants to take the first or second step in their career. The sales department consists of hunters and closers who work together on a global scale. As we have colleagues all over the world you will work with multiple continents a day and meet people from all over the globe. Inside sales is positioned between the marketing and account/partner management departments and works as a central hub and beating heart of our commercial organization.

The Career Path of the BDR will evolve to managing and closing new business deals and being involved in cross-end upsell opportunities. We care about you and your career so we are also open for other logical next steps to partner/channel, marketing or other departments. Let us know what fits you best!


What you will do:

  • Advise prospects on the products/services of WoodWing
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by for example marketing
  • Generate new leads via outbound activities, and based on target verticals
  • Work closely together with Account/Partner management on the development of prospects
  • Managing your lead pipeline from MQL on to a first deal
  • Activate prospects for webinars, events, and other WoodWing commercial activities

Job requirements


  • As WoodWing works on a global scale, this role asks for professional English both written and verbal.
  • Preferred Bachelors in commerce or other relevant education
  • You are happy to make contact, also with new people
  • You have strong communicative and interpersonal skills
  • You are flexible and quick to adapt to change
  • As a person you are communicative, a little bold, social, a self-starter and goal-oriented
